Appointments are primarily offered on weekdays. After-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments may be available by request, subject to availability and premium rates.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

Services are billed at completion of session and billed in 30 minute increments. Billed in 30 minute increments beyond minimum time met. More about rates can be found here.

Accepted forms of payment​: Cash, check, Zelle, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay 

4% processing fee added for credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

A $25–$50 travel fee applies for sessions more than 25–40 miles round trip from McLean.

Up to 20 miles round trip from McLean included

More than 20 miles round trip $25 travel fee

More than 40 miles round trip $50 travel fee

 

Additional fees may apply for such services as account subscription consolidation and cancellation, pickup, delivery, printed step-by-step guides, and ecycling. Additional fees will be clarified during session before work begins
