Appointments are primarily offered on weekdays. After-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments may be available by request, subject to availability and premium rates.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

Services are billed at completion of session and billed in 30 minute increments. Billed in 30 minute increments beyond minimum time met. More about rates can be found here.

NOTE: Save 4% when paying by Zelle, cash, or check (credit card processing fee waived).

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, unless the appointment is rescheduled within three business days.

Travel Fees

Travel within 20 miles round trip of McLean, Virginia is included.

  • Up to 20 miles round trip — Included

  • More than 20 miles round trip — $25 travel fee

  • More than 40 miles round trip — $50 travel fee

Additional Service Fees

Some specialized services may require an additional fee. These may include:
 

  • Account subscription consolidation

  • Equipment pickup or delivery

  • Printed step-by-step guides

  • Electronics recycling (e-cycling)

  • Other special requests
     

Any additional charges will always be discussed and approved before work begins.
