• TechWise Coaching Devices used for sessions are password-protected and, where possible, passkey protected and/or encrypted.

• Temporary files created during our sessions are deleted after completion, unless otherwise requested.

• Sensitive information is handled with care to prevent unauthorized access.

• Online sharing of photos, documents, or passwords is never done without explicit client approval.

• When providing coaching on privacy and security settings on your devices, we do not guarantee following our recommendations will prevent any future privacy incursion or hacking of your data.

• When deleting files and/or email from your accounts and devices upon your request. TechWise Coaching does not review individual messages during mass deletion and is not responsible for the content of deleted communications.

Your Responsibilities

• Secure your passwords.

• Provide accurate information for your devices and accounts.

• Maintain your own backups of photos, documents, and important files.

• Ask questions if you do not understand.

• Let us know of any special privacy concerns or requests before or during the session.

Retention and Deletion

• Session notes and temporary files are retained only as long as necessary to complete the service.

• You may request deletion of any retained information at any time.

By scheduling or attending a session with TechWise Coaching, you acknowledge and consent to the handling of your personal data solely for the purpose of providing tech coaching services, in accordance with this privacy policy.

The TechWise Coaching website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
