At TechWise Coaching, all one-on-one technology coaching services are tailored to provide high-quality, patient, and personalized support in the comfort of your home. Pricing reflects the time, care, and expertise required to make your technology easy, stress-free, and truly useful in your daily life.

One-on-One Individual Coaching Rates
Appointments are primarily offered on weekdays. After-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments may be available by request, subject to availability and premium rates.

Rates effective January 1, 2026
Billed in 30 minute increments beyond minimum time met.
Weekday Prepaid Packages:
5 hours prepaid: $550 (save $50), Includes priority booking
Travel Fees
Up to 20 miles round trip from McLean included
More than 20 miles round trip $25 travel fee
More than 40 miles round trip $50 travel fee
Processing Fee
4% processing fee. Waived if paid by Zelle, cash or check.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for such services as account subscription consolidation and cancellation, pickup, delivery, printed step-by-step guides, and ecycling. Additional fees will be clarified during session before work begins
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations (within 48 hours): $50 fee
