Amy Burk of TechWise and I spent two hours upgrading my computer to a more advanced and friendly program, installing a word processing application better suited to me, fixing a Photos library that had been unusable (corrupted file that Amy tracked down), deleting a complicating duplicate application, and canceling an unneeded service. it was a productive time, to say the least, and Amy was a patient and knowledgeable guide/coach/tutor. Highly recommend her services!!
