She explained issues in simple terms (I needed that), and showed me how to do things...if I can only remember...Amy is returning to help me with more projects with iPhone, iPad, new iPods. Amy Burk of TechWise and I spent two hours upgrading my computer to a more advanced and friendly program, installing a word processing application better suited to me, fixing a Photos library that had been unusable (corrupted file that Amy tracked down), deleting a complicating duplicate application, and canceling an unneeded service. it was a productive time, to say the least, and Amy was a patient and knowledgeable guide/coach/tutor. Highly recommend her services!!

Amy has provided excellent support in saving all data on my desktop and purchasing a new one, that accommodates installation of Windows 11. She is very friendly, and is patient and supportive in instructing me, a person with limited technical experience, these activities. Richard D
