Tech Coaching Rates & Policies

Private Tech Coaching Rates

Every one-on-one coaching session is tailored to your individual needs, learning style, and technology goals. Whether you need help with your smartphone, tablet, computer, smart home devices, online safety, or artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT, you'll receive patient, personalized instruction designed to build your confidence and independence.

Appointments are primarily available on weekdays. Evening, weekend, and holiday appointments may be available upon request, subject to availability and premium rates.

  • Minimum appointment times apply.

  • Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments after the minimum appointment has been met.​

Travel Fees

Travel within 20 miles round trip of McLean, Virginia is included.

  • Up to 20 miles round trip — Included

  • More than 20 miles round trip — $25 travel fee

  • More than 40 miles round trip — $50 travel fee

NOTE: Save 4% when paying by Zelle, cash, or check (credit card processing fee waived).

Additional Service Fees

Some specialized services may require an additional fee. These may include:
 

  • Account subscription consolidation

  • Equipment pickup or delivery

  • Printed step-by-step guides

  • Electronics recycling (e-cycling)

  • Other special requests
     

Any additional charges will always be discussed and approved before work begins.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, unless the appointment is rescheduled within three business days.
