Cancellation Policy

Appointments are primarily offered on weekdays. After-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments may be available by request, subject to availability and premium rates.​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Billed in 30 minute increments beyond minimum time met. ​​ Accepted forms of payment​: Cash, check, Zelle, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay 4% processing fee added for credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay ​Travel Fees Up to 20 miles round trip from McLean included More than 20 miles round trip $25 travel fee More than 40 miles round trip $50 travel fee Additional fees may apply for such services as account subscription consolidation and cancellation, pickup, delivery, printed step-by-step guides, and ecycling.
